“It’s Not Rocket Science” covers a series of 25 lessons that I have learnt during my 40 years of work and these lessons are woven into a story about Radius and how it grew from a tiny office in Holmes Chapel to a £5 billion global company employing more than 2,800 people across 5 Continents.



It will hopefully appeal not only to young people just starting out in their careers but also to older business heads too who are looking for a few tips and clues to help them with the many changes they will need to make to overcome the constant hurdles that are thrown at them during the difficult but exciting journey of building a business.
