A few weeks ago I began to get more closely involved with an important project in our Telematics Division to migrate customers (and their 40K asset trackers) from one of the software platforms we inherited as part of an acquisition to our most modern one, “Kinesis Pro”.

As I embark on my annual round of interviewing potential candidates to join the growing Radius Graduate scheme, it is always interesting to listen to the questions they have brought along to ask me, about what I think is important in terms of how they approach their first role.

Last year, I had the privilege of speaking at the Fast Growth Icons event in Manchester, held at The Edwardian Manchester - an invitation-only gathering of around 80 founders and CEOs from some of the region’s most ambitious and fastest-growing scale-ups.
