Radius welcomes a new cohort of graduates

It was great this week to welcome our new cohort of graduates at the Campus building in Crewe where they will begin their journeys in the widest range of roles yet for this program. As they arrive, last year's group will also be moving to new positions across the company with many of them leaving Crewe to go to one of our other UK locations or going abroad to one of our international offices.

This year we have people going to Berlin, Wisconsin, Lisbon, Lille, Melbourne and Galway which we think will really help with their development as well as being exciting places to live.

It won't be long before the whole cycle of interviewing and recruitment starts again and we will be working hard to make improvements to the program to keep it at the forefront of options available for students as they are looking to make their first career step.
